Shipping Policy

Section 1 - Shipping Area

Our website offers Cell phone accessories and electronics shopping for customers in North America, Europe, Oceania and Asia. If you are unable to complete the purchase in your area, please contact service@tabletace.com.

Section 2 - Shipping Fee

All orders qualify for free express shipping, except for the out-of-delivery-area (ODA).

All orders use standard delivery service based on recommendations from our freight forwarder.

Section 3 - Shipping Time

We dispatch within 1-2 business days (pre-sale items excluded) unless in the case of a force majeure. Shipping time varies according to different countries and regions. Generally, it would take 6-10 business days.

Note: All products require 1-2 Business Days of production time, which is not included in the delivery time.

Section 4 - Shipping Restrictions

We do not offer shipping to the following:

Regions Not offer shipping addresses
United States Alaska, Hawaii, FPO (Fleet Post Office), and APO (Army Post Office) military
Spain Postal codes starting with 07, 35, 38, 51, or 52


Section 5 - Shipping Methods

Tabletace utilizes different carriers to ensure timely delivery of your items. When your items are shipped, we will use the most appropriate delivery method based on the weight and shipping destination of your package.

Our carriers include: Yun Express.

The merchandise you order may be filled from several locations, and items may arrive separately. In such cases, you will not incur additional shipping charges, and your shipping charge (if applicable) will be split across multiple packages when your order is shipped.

Please note: We are unable to provide delivery to PO/BO BOX addresses and military addresses. Please provide a residential address, and the products will be delivered directly to your home.

NOTE: If your tracking appears stuck on a certain date, please understand that this is normal as the package moves from country to country. Once it arrives in the US, it will quickly move to your doorstep via USPS!

Section 6 - Do I Need to Pay for Tax?

We charge California sales tax as required by applicable law. As for import duties, they may be incurred in some countries, and the buyer or recipient of the shipment is responsible for the taxes and duties. Our products are sold in the United States, and we cannot guarantee that they meet the import requirements of every country. If in doubt, please check with your country's customs office prior to ordering.

Section 7 - Do You Provide Tracking Information?

Yes, once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Please note that for free shipping orders, tracking information may not always be available. For more details, please refer to the information tracking page:

Section 8 - My Tracking Says "No Information Available at the Moment."

For some shipping companies, it may take 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update in the system.

Please be aware that items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages, even if combined shipping was specified.
