Refund Policy

Returns: Your order is eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or credit for items returned after 30 days.

Return Conditions

1. Acceptable Circumstances for Returns and Refunds:

a. Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us the order number and product condition at service@tabletace.com within 30 days of delivery to obtain authorization for returns. For defective products, returns are fully free of shipping and restocking fees. After returning the product to us, we will send you a new item free of charge (including reimbursement of return shipping costs), or you can choose to receive a full refund.

b. Non-Defective Items: Unused and non-defective items may be returned within 30 days of your purchase for a cash-back refund or exchange. However, all non-defective items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If a buyer made a wrong buying decision, we will charge a 20% restocking fee for all items, and shipping costs are not refundable.

2. Unacceptable Circumstances for Returns and Refunds:

a. Customized Products: We cannot exchange or refund any customized products under any circumstances unless the product has a manufacturer's defect.

b. Damaged or Altered Items: You must return an item in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. Any returns received that do not meet these specifications will not receive a refund for the order.

Refund of Payment: You will receive a refund on your order in the same form of payment as you used to pay for your order. After we receive the returned item, it usually takes up to 7 business days to process the refund, and you will receive a cash-back refund within 14 natural days.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your non-defective item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If your order had free shipping, we will charge back US$10.00 as our shipping and handling cost.

Unauthorized Returns: Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.

How to Return an Item:


Step 1: To start your return process, please contact us using the contact page or email us at service@tabletace.com. When contacting us, please include your original date of purchase, order number, email address, and reason for return.

Step 2: Return your items to our processing center. You may use any trackable shipping method to return your items. Please write “RETURNED ITEM” on the packaging. Return shipping charges are paid by the customer.

Step 3: Once your return has been received by our returns department, please allow up to 7 business days for your cash-back refund to be processed to the original payment method.
